Terms and Conditions

 Consent and Confidentiality: Clients' consent is paramount in our coaching relationship. All information shared during sessions will be held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except in cases where the client's safety or the safety of others is at risk. The coach commits to providing a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for their commitment to the coaching process. This includes attending scheduled sessions punctually, actively participating in discussions and exercises, and implementing agreed-upon action plans outside of sessions. Success in coaching is dependent on the client's willingness to engage fully and take ownership of their personal growth journey.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of coaching sessions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Payment Requirement: Payment for a minimum of four coaching sessions is due in full prior to the commencement of the coaching relationship. Payment plans or alternative arrangements may be considered upon request.

Coaching services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice for any health or mental health concerns.

By engaging in coaching services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. The coach reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to clients.

Transparency: I commit to being transparent in my methods, intentions, and qualifications, providing clear and honest information to my clients about my processes and approaches to coaching.
